 Eduardo Marin, executive chef from La Antigua Casona® has designed an exclusive dinner experience for you and your beloved ones. This won’t be a common New Year’s Eve dinner in Tequila. Celebration will start in the evening, it will last until next day, after having served a special brunch.

Spend the last night of 2018 in the best restaurant in Jalisco! Located in the heart of Tequila, La Antigua Casona® is a relaxed and cozy restaurant inside the Relais-Chateaux certified hotel, Solar de las Animas®. This restaurant will become the perfect stage to receive the New Year. Besides the heavenly designed menu, your dinner will be complimented with an amazing view to main square and the town kiosk.

Menu at La Antigua Casona will be composed of a hazelnut soup with almonds and truffle, a grilled beef loin with shrimp, entremets and tangerine toffee jelly. Eduardo Marin is an experienced chef from Mexico City. He has participated in several worldwide-renowned culinary contests and developed an exquisite taste for Mexican culture and cuisine.  He is thus a great member of Jalisco’s heritage preservation.  Despite his interest in safeguarding Mexican traditions, he is also an innovative person who is always looking forward to creating new flavors.
