Through the Windows of Jose Cuervo Express, you’ll admire the vast blue-agave fields, declared Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.

You’ll visit these crops and learn about the sowing, growing, and harvesting processes of agave. In Tequila, you’ll explore La Rojeña Distillery and have some free time to stroll across the colonial town. Finally, minutes before the sunset, a Mexican show will be waiting for you with folkloric music and dancing performances.

  • Before boarding, take a look at the Jose Cuervo Express paint job. Decorated with a black base and golden accents, it alludes to a charro gala-suit, also worn by Mariachis.
  • Stare at the active Jalisco’s countryside, especially to the farming lands, the evergreen mountains, and the blue-agave plantations.
  • Be prepare for taking amazing pictures of El Arenal and Amatitan, two towns of ancient tradition when speaking about tequila.
  • Admire the Majestic Tequila’s Volcano which was believed to be a holy mountain by native nations.
  • Always follow the expert’s instructions, during the tasting, the guided visit to La Rojeña, and the visit to the agave plantations. All their comments are the key to enter the fascinating world of Tequila.

Jose Cuervo Express offers two itineraries, each of them with its own departing and returning points. Depending on which experience have you bought, you should meet your guides an hour before in one of the following boarding points.

Sunrise Experience (train - bus):

       Departing from Ferromex train station at 9:00 a.m.

Check-in starts at 8:00 a.m.

  • Returning at Casa Cuervo - EDISA at 8:00 p.m.

How to get to Ferromex train station or Casa Cuervo-EDISA?

Keep calm! Whether you must meet your guides at Ferromex station or Casa Cuervo – EDISA you can always grab a cab or at Chapultepec Av., Expo Zone, Financial Zone, the International Airport of Guadalajara or downtown. Also, remember that there are a lot of transport apps you could choose.

Our best advice is to quote a night before the possible fees. This way you’ll guarantee yourself to choose the most convenient option. You could also book your service in advance.

As departing and returning points are different, it’ll be better to use public transportation services.

Keep in mind:

  • There’s a continental breakfast (bread, coffee, and fruit) served during the check-in. So, by arriving at 8:00 a.m. you could take advantage of it.
  • Wearing comfortable and fresh clothing, as well as, walking shoes. Avoid sandals and heels.
  • Bringing a cap or hat, sunglass, and sunscreen with you.
  • During fall and winter is advisable to bring a light sweater or jacket with you.
  • Itineraries might change without notice. 
  • Estimated transportation time might be readjusted depending on operations.
