Ingredients
- For the caballito that will represent the green color, you will need:
- 4 Green lemons (fill the caballito with lemon juice)
- For the next caballito that will represent the white color, you will need:
- Tequila by José Cuervo.
- For the caballito that will represent the red color (sangrita), you will need:
- Tomato juice (2 tablespoon)
- Lemon juice from 2 lemons.
- Chili powder (optional)
- A pinch of black pepper
- Maggie sauce
- Salsa Inglesa (Worcestershire sauce)
- Hot sauce.
Also, if you prefer, you can buy the “Sangrita” from different store, but if you’re going for a more homemade taste, you can combine the ingredients mentioned above and make it to your taste.
Now, lets get to the most anticipated part. The preparation:

- Cut the lemons and squeeze the juice into a caballito (green)
- Pour Tequila by Jose Cuervo into the second caballito (white)
- In a container, mix the tomato juice, the lemons, orange juice, chili powder, pinch of black pepper, Maggie sauce, Salsa inglesa (Worcestershire sauce) and hot sauce. The amount of each ingredient may vary according to your preference. Mix the ingredientes and give it a taste.
