You will learn about how the juices of the agave plant are extracted, its sugars fermented and then distilled in huge copper stills. During your tour of the Jose Cuervo Factory you will have the option of enjoying a tequila tasting guided by true connoisseurs.
Inside the La Rojeña Factory is the Jose Cuervo Store. Here you will find the entire line of tequilas from this house, as well as t-shirts, exclusive jewelry and regional handicrafts. Choose the tequila and the souvenirs that you like the most and take them back home!
Prices of tequilas
The prices of tequilas vary, depending first on whether we are talking about a distilled beverage that is 100% blue agave. The 100% agave tequilas use only the sugars of Tequilana Weber agave plants during the fermentation process.
Another important factor in the determination of the price will be how renowned the factory is, how much care and work they put into each part of their manufacturing process and all the history behind that bottle of tequila that you hold in your hands.
Prices of tequilas and their value also depend on the time that the distilled beverage has been sitting inside a barrel and how the liquid has enriched its taste, aroma and body through its interaction with the wood for months or years. What is the best tequila for me?
